十二指肠恶性间质瘤的CT诊断

Duodenal Malignant Stromal Tumors Using CT Diagnosis

目的:探讨CT对十二指肠恶性间质瘤的诊断价值。方法:对1996—2007年发现的12例经病理证实的十二指肠恶性间质瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:其主要CT表现为:①右上腹部巨大肿块,且与十二指肠关系密切;②肿块多数向十二指肠腔外生长,呈分叶状改变;③部分肿块中心液化、坏死,如与肠腔沟通,则肿块内可见气体与造影剂形成的液平影;④大多数病灶增强后明显不均匀性强化。结论:CT对十二指肠恶性间质瘤的诊断有重要价值。

Objective： To study CT in the diagnosis of duodenum malignant mesenchymoma＇s. Methods： Since 1996-2007, the hospital found 12 cases confirmed by pathology of duodenal malignant stromal tumors, CT findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The main CT findings were as follows ①Right upper quadrant of the great mass, and close relationship with the duodenum; ② Duodenal cavity to the mass majority of the growth, with the fronds change;③Some lumps Centre liquefaction, necrosis, such as communication with the lumen, the visible mass of gas and the formation of contrast agent-video; ④ The majority of lesions increased significantly after the uneven enhancement. Conclusion： CT of duodenal malignant stromal tumors in the diagnosis of significant value.
