点式直线偏振光对腰椎间盘突出所致慢性腰腿痛的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察超激光疼痛治疗仪(Super Lizer,HA-550,简称SL)发出的点式直线偏振光对腰椎间盘突出所致慢性腰腿痛的疗效。方法:腰椎间盘突出症且腰腿痛时间大于3个月的患者80例,随机分为超激光组(SL组)和硬膜外腔注射皮质激素组(E组),每组各40例。SL组使用超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗,E组使用硬膜外腔注射皮质激素(得宝松)治疗。观察时间点定为第1次治疗前(T0)、第1次治疗后(T1)、治疗后1个月(T2)和3个月(T3)。主要观察患者的生命体征和疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)。根据治疗过程中VAS改善程度统计疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,SL组和E组治疗后的疗效均明显(P<0.05)。两组总有效率均在90%左右。两组疗效在治疗后1个月(T2)时的总有效率比其他观察时间(T1和T3)更高(P<0.05),两组之间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:点式直线偏振光治疗腰椎间盘突出所致慢性腰腿痛是安全有效的。 Objective:To investigate the effects of spot type polarized light on patients with chronic low-back related leg pain from lumbar disc herniation. Methods: Eighty patients with more than 3 months low-back related leg pain from lumbar disc her- niation of both sexes aged from 18 to 70 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(n = 40 each): Group SL received the treatment of Super Lizer,while Group E received epidural injections with steroids(compound be- tamethasone Injection). The vital signs and visual analogue scale(VAS) were recorded before(T0) and after(T1) first treatment,1 (T2)and 3 (T3)months after first treatment. The effects of treatment were evaluated according to the changes of VAS and were divided into excellence, effectiveness, inefficiency. Results: There was a obvious herapeutic effect after the treatment for both groups as compared with that at T0 and the total effective rate was above 90%. There was a higher effective rate at T2 as compared with other times(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the 2 groups. Conclusion:There was a safe and effective treatment for spot type polarized light on patients with chronic low back related leg pain from lumbar disc herniation.
