进入21世纪以来,随着俄罗斯远东地区经济形势的好转和投资环境的改善,外国投资商对其进行投资的信心也逐渐增强。萨哈林州、萨哈共和国、哈巴罗夫斯克边疆区和滨海边疆区分别以其丰富的矿产资源和相对良好的投资环境吸引着各国投资者前来投资开发。但是,远东地区在吸引外资方面还面临着一些亟待解决的根本问题,倘若这些问题得不到解决,远东地区吸引和利用外资的状况不会有质的飞跃。

Since the 21 st century, with economic situation and investment environment of Russian Far East turning for the better, foreign investors have boosted their confidence in the Far East. The rich mining resources and a better investment environment in Sakhalinskaya Oblast＇, Sakha Republic, Khabarovskiy Kray and Promorskiy Kray attract them to going to invest. But the Far East still has some fundamental issues which are demanded prompt solution. If these matters are not resolved, the Far East cannot make a great progress in absorbing and using foreign capitals.
