摘要
通过理论分析,研制了一种负压式微风速标定装置,并对其在微风速下进行了4种工况的标定试验,试验结果表明:该标定装置的标准风道轴心风速实测值与理论计算值的相对误差均小于1.5%;沿截面实测风速呈轴对称分布,与理论分布一致;装置内所设置的整流金属网,使得标准风道轴心附近(距标准风道轴心≤30mm)任意一点实测风速完全一致,便于微风速条件下风速计的标定。
A calibration equipment with negative pressure for breeze was developed through theoretical analysis. And four calibration experiments for the calibration equipment were accomplished in the breeze. The results are showed as follows: Firstly, under four conditions the relative deviations between the theoretical values and the measured values of axis velocity in the standard duct of the calibration equipment were all less than 1.5%. Secondly, the distribution of measured velocity was axisymmetric along the cross section of the standard duct,which is consistent with the theoretical distribution. Thirdly, because of the role of the Rectifier Metal Net, the measured velocity at any point was equal near the axis ( on condition that the distance away from the axis of the standard duct ≤ 30mm) in the standard duct, which is convenient for calibrating anemometer in the breeze.
