摘要
在回顾中外第三方物流服务质量评价指标基础上,根据供应链管理下第三方物流服务的需求特点。从服务人员沟通质量、服务可靠性、服务响应性、服务时间、信息质量、服务柔性6个质量维度建立了第三方物流服务质量评价指标体系。
An index system model of the evaluation of 3PL service quality by SCM members is proposed in this thesis on the foundations of on the domestic and overseas researches on the evaluation of logistics service quality from the perspective of SCM. The index system is: the quality of interpersonal communication, service reliability, the response of service; service time; the quality of information and service flexibility.
