基于气候、植被及工程地质的公路“环境选线”

Research on Route Selection of Highway Based on Circumstance of Climate,Vegetation and Geologic

基于"环境选线"的理念,要实现公路建设的可持续发展,仅从地形、地质角度出发进行选线是不够的,还必须从宏观角度出发,考虑气候、植物对公路选线的影响.文中通过对分布于云南不同气候、植物环境条件下的公路建设的调查研究,从地质灾害层次分析了气候、植物等环境因子与公路建设的相互影响,得出气候、植被及地质是公路建设与环境和谐关系的关键影响因素,据此提出基于气候、植被及工程地质的公路"环境选线"的思路,并以云南省昭通—待补公路的建设为例,阐述了生态环境与公路建设的可持续发展的和谐关系.

Based on the idea of route selection of highway,in order to carry out the continuable development of highway construct, it is insufficient only on terrain and geologic,surely on climate,vegetation etc. By investigation to highways located in different region of climate, vegetation, geologic in Yunnan province on geologic disaster, the paper has put forward that the climate, vegetation, geologic is the key factor of relation of highway construct and circumstance, hereby advanced the ideas that route selection of highway should base on the climate, vegetation and geologic of entironment, and expounded the continuahle relation of highway construct and entironment by the way of Zhaotong-Daibu highway in Yunnan province.
