摘要
对3个转基因抗虫棉及其受体品种的生长发育特点和生理特性进行研究,结果表明:在7月8日以前,转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量低于其受体品种,从7月8日~26日,转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量高于其受体品种;7月26日以后,转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量递减速率高于其受体品种。研究结果还表明,转基因抗虫棉抗环境胁迫能力差,容易早衰,全生育期内,其MDA含量均高于其相应的受体品种,SOD、POD和CAT酶活性均比其受体品种低。
This paper deals with the effect of gene of insect - resistance on cotton physiological characteristics. The research result showed that before pre - flowering, the content of chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of transgenie insect - resistant cotton were lower than that of its acceptor varieties, which resulted in weaker growth of transgenic insect - resistant cotton, after peak flowering, the contents of total nitrogen and chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of transgenic insect - resistant cotton were higher than those of its acceptor varieties, which were the basis for high yield and good quality. The research result also showed, in the whole growing periocl, transgenic insect - resistant cotton had higher contents of MDA, lower activity of SOD and CAT and POD, which made transgenic insect -resistant cotton weaker in resistance to light, temperature and water stresses.
