摘要
以健康活泼的黄河鲤鱼作为试验用动物,研究铅暴露30 d对黄河鲤鱼血清SOD、MDA、GSH-Px含量的影响。结果表明,随着染毒铅浓度的增加,黄河鲤鱼血清中SOD、MDA、GSH-Px酶活性都有先增后降的趋势,0.1 mg/L试验组酶含量到达峰值,与对照组差异显著,随后酶含量降低;0.3 mg/L组血清GSH-PX含量和0.5 mg/L组血清SOD、GSH-Px含量低于对照组。
The experiment was conducted to study the SOD, MDA and GSH-Px contents of sera on 30 days of Pb^2+ exposure in healthy Cyprinus carpio in the Yellow River. The results showed that the enzyme activities in sera of Cyprinus carpio increased first, and then decreased. In 0.1 mg/L group,the enzyme contents reached the peak,and it was significantly different compared with the control group (P 〈0.05). Subsequently, enzyme activities reduced, and serum GSH-Px contents of 0.3 mg/L, serum SOD, GSH-Px contents of 0.5 mg/L were lower than that in control group.
