摘要
我国动物血液资源丰富,利用动物血液提取血红素,经原卟啉二甲酯等中间制备过程,可制得原卟啉钠(NAPP)。有机溶剂法、柱色谱、层析法和高效液相色谱法等是目前用于分离纯化卟啉类化合物的主要方法。NAPP是一种水溶性钠盐,具有降酶保肝作用,现作为一种肝功能改善制剂用于临床肝功能受损病人的肝功能恢复。近年来,有学者还对其抗肝炎病毒活性及机制进行了初步研究,发现NAPP在体内外具有抗乙型及丙型肝炎病毒作用。可见,利用动物血液制备NAPP对于充分利用我国丰富的动物血液资源及促进动物生化药物的研究开发具有重要意义。论文就NAPP的制备、分离纯化方法、用途及活性作用等方面进行了概述。
Animal blood resource is rich in our country. Heme was extracted from animal blood, then protoporphyrin disodium(NAPP) was prepared from the heme through the intermediates of protoporphyrin-dimethyleser and so on. Organic solvent extraction, column chromatography, chromatographic analysis and high performance liquid chromatogram are used to separate and purify porphyrin compounds as four main methods at present. NAPP is a kind of water-soluble sodium salt with hepatoprotective and reducing transaminase effects and curently used to restore hepatic function of liver damage patients as a kind of improving agents of liver functions in clinical. In recent years, some scholars also preliminarily studied the anti-hepatitis virus activity and mechanism of NAPP and found that NAPP have anti-hepatitis B and C virus effects in vivo and vitro. It is thus clear that using animal blood to prepare NAPP has vital significance for utilizing our abundant animal blood resources and promoting the research and development of biochemical drugs. This article reviewed the preparation methods, separation and purification methods, usage, pharmacological actions and activities of NAPP.
