摘要 本文以融媒时代,媒介形态变迁为背景,从媒介经营管理学教育的另一端——媒介市场人才需求为取向,论证了学科的进路与范式基础应该是建立在知识资本管理体系上,通过对学科"元理由"论证解答了学科长期以来的学术纷争,为学科的独立性与课程设置的完善性提供了理论依据。同时,基于"伞式"媒介形态的新变化,文章提出了适应新环境需求的整合式人才培养模式与实现路径。 In this paper, the author regards media forms as the background, and demonstrates the road and the basic paradigm of the subject which should be based on the intellectual capital management from the other side of education - the media market demand-oriented. The paper answers the academic disputes for a long time through the nature argument, and lays the foundation for academic independence and the improvement of curriculum. At the same time, based on the "umbrella style "media form change, the article puts forward integrated talent training model and the path of implementation so as to adapt to the new environment.
