摘要
本文从现今娱乐新闻侵权案例出发,探讨了娱乐新闻报道应遵循的规范尺度,着重分析了娱乐新闻报道侵犯明星的名誉权、隐私权、肖像权等权利的具体表现。文章分析了娱乐新闻侵权的危害,防范娱乐新闻侵权可以采取的对策。
The thesis starts from cases on the infringement of entertainment news, analyses the scale of norms in the entertainment news, and focuses on analysis of entertainment news reporting violations of the rights of the star＇s reputation, privacy, portrait rights of specific performance. This paper points out the hazard of the infringement of entertainment news, and the countermeasures can be taken to prevent the infringement of entertainment news.
