Professional Ability Building for the Occupational Expectation of the Students Majoring in Journalism and Communication

本文分析了职业预期与职业能力构建的关系、新闻传播类学生毕业需要达到的知识能力、个人能力和综合能力．提出新闻传播类学生职业能力构建的路径，并指出在职业能力构建中可能出现的误区及克服办法。

This article analyses the relationship between occupational expectation and professional ability building, knowledge capability, individual capability and integration capability attained by the graduates majoring in journalism and communication, proposes how to construct the professional ability for the students,and finds out the mistaken ideas which might happen during the professional ability building and the way to overcome.
