摘要 浒苔Enteromorpha prolifera是一种能形成绿潮的大型海藻,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和微量元素。用蛋白酶、纤维素酶、甲酸及自然发酵等方法处理浒苔,并作为饲料喂养刺参Apos-tichopus japonicus。结果表明,用蛋白酶处理的浒苔能显著提高刺参的生长率。说明用适当的方法加工后,浒苔可以作为刺参的良好饲料,实现浒苔的资源化利用。 Enterornorpha prolifera is a seaweed species that is responsible for widespread green tides. It is also a seafood species and contains relatively high levels of protein, fatty acids and trace elements. In this study, fresh E. prolifera was treated by protease, cellulase, formic acid and natural fermentation, before being used as feed for young sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus. The protease treated E. prolifera obtained good growth in sea cucumbers. It is suggested that, after proper treatment and processing, E. prolifera may be a good feed source for sea cucumbers, and this is a feasible way to utilize this green tide species as a resource.
