从法律视角对退役运动员社会保障机制的研究

Research into the Retired Athletes' Social Security Mechanism from the Perspective of Law

我国运动员社会保障法律制度的建立和完善,直接影响到我国体育事业的发展,通过对退役运动员的生存现状和造成运动员退役后社会保障机制不健全的各种原因,以及目前国家对退役运动员安置采取的政策的分析,从法律视角对健全退役运动员社会保障机制提出建议。

Establishment and improvement of the retired athletes＇ security mechanism have direct eltect on the development of sports. Based on the existing situation and the retired athletes social security caused by the various causes of imperfect mechanism, and the present state of resettlement policy from the legal perspective, this paper puts forward some proposals.
