摘要
通过探讨放松在短跑训练比赛中的作用,论证如何做到要想跑的快而又轻松自如,不但要提高各种身体素质及先进的动作技术,而且要掌握并熟悉运用放松技术,这是提高跑速的重要环节,也是当代短跑运动员达到较高水平后再进一步提高运动成绩的关键环节。
In order to run fast and easy, and improve the performances, it is very important for runners to enhance not only the quality of physical movements but the advanced skills. This article focuses on the role of relaxation training in sprint.
