摘要
对ＶＥ的类型、结构、功能及其抗氧化机制作了综述；介绍了一些常用的分离、提取和浓缩技术．
V E is very helpful to human health and has been investigated widely for long time. In this paper, the type, structure, function and the antioxidation mechanism of vitamin E are summarized. Some general methods of separation, extraction and concentration of vitamin E are also introduced.
