构建信息研判机制 推进“网上作战”模式

"Internet Fighting" through Information Studying and Judging

以信息研判为主要手段实现"网上作战"的全新警务模式正带来一场革命,但对于"网上作战"的理论研究还处于起步阶段。有必要在对"网上作战"进行定义的基础上,结合实战案例分析"网上作战"的定位,围绕侦查工作的需要,构建信息研判工作机制,建立"整合资源、统一规划、全警应用、全省联动"的信息研判工作平台。

A new revolution is coming, which is oriented by the wholly new pohcmg moaei, ieatureu by the information studying and judging, and leads to internet fighting. And the study of ＂internet fighting＂ theory has just made the first step. The paper will cover the following parts, the definition of ＂internet fighting＂, ＂internet fighting＂ case study, the study of information studying and judging mechanism which meets the investigated-demand. The platform aims to unify various resources, and will be applied to all forces as well.
