在警民互动关系中,警方处于主导、先行的地位,构建和谐警民关系的关键在于警察,应当着力打造亲民型公安队伍。当前,影响亲民型队伍建设的主要因素有思想上不够重视、感情上不够贴近、角色上定位不清、机制上不够完善、素质上不够全面。打造亲民型队伍应当在提高认识、贴近感情上下功夫,牢固树立亲民理念;在加强学习、增强素质上下功夫,努力提高亲民能力;在互动交流、沟通联系上下功夫,积极搭建亲民平台;在强化保障、激发动能上下功夫,建立完善的亲民机制。

In the interactive relation between the people and police, the police is in the leading position. The key to construct a harmonious relationship between the people and police is to build service-type police staff. The main problems that influence the build of service-type police staff are lack of attention, estrangedness of relationship, indefinite role positioning, imperfectness of the mechanism and inadequate qualities. To build service--type police staff, we should deepen understanding, establish firmly service-centered idea; reinforce learning and improve qualities, enhancing service ability; strengthen exchanges and communication; enhance guarantee measures, building a perfect service mechanism.
