球式热风炉炉箅子结构参数的优化研究

摘要 运用有限元分析软件,建立球式热风炉炉箅子的三维实体模型,应用非稳态热-结构耦合方法分析炉箅子热应力场分布情况。讨论了炉箅子厚度、拱高、炉箅子箅孔宽度和长度对炉箅子表面最大应力的影响,根据数值模拟的结果,总结得出长寿命的炉箅子结构优化参数,为今后球式热风炉炉箅子的设计与制作加工提供参考。 A heat transfer mathematical model of pebble stove grate was set up by using finite element software, the simulation to the furnace grate behaviors under unsteady state was performed based on the model. The influence of different structural parameters on the surface maximum thermal stress of grate was analyzed, including thickness and vault height of grate, length and width of grate aperture. Structural optimization parameters of long campaign-service grate could be a reference for future design and manufacture of it.
