Evaluation of Vehicle Maintain Unit's Support Ability for Non War Military Operation Based on Ability Theories

通过分析非战争军事行动特点及其对汽车维修分队保障能力的需求,运用能力理论构建汽车维修分队保障能力模型,以此为基础构建评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评判法进行评估,并采用最大隶属度原则对评判结果进行分析,使评估结果更具科学性、针对性和实践性。

Through analyzing the characteristics of the non war military operation and the requirements of vehicle maintain uint＇s support ability, adopt the ability theories to build the ability-model of the vehicle maitain unit and the evaluation indexes. Then the fuzzy synthetic judgment method is used for the evaluation and maximum degree of membership is used for analysis on the result. It makes the result of the evaluation more sientific, aimic and realitic.
