摘要 针对IVI-MSS模型实现仪器互换性需替换驱动程序,以及替换具有功能/接口相同的RCM的问题,采用IVI-MSSServer接口的形式作为"角色"向用户提供测试服务,实现应用程序和仪器驱动完全分离,且只需伴随RCM的替换即可适应IVI-MSSServer,实现硬件无关性。以某系统开发中应用的NI5124示波器为对象,对仪器驱动器可互换性进行研究,分析示波器的工作过程、采样时序、状态转换图。基于示波器IVI-COM驱动程序类图,针对IVI-MSSServer的要求,定制RCM。根据测试功能分析确定的接口,封装相应功能函数,实现示波器驱动程序互换。 Aiming at the realizing instrument interchangeability of IVI-MSS model which need replacing the driver program, and the RCM problems of replacing the same function/interface, take the IVI-MSS Server interface as the "the role" to provide the test service to the user, realizes the application procedure and the instrument actuates to separate completely, and only need follow RCM the replace then to adapt IVI-MSS Server, realizes the hardware independency. Take certain system development in the application NI 5124 oscilloscopes as the objects, conducts the research to the instrument driver interchangeability, analyzes oscilloscope's work process, the sampling succession, the phase transition chart. Based on the oscilloscope IVI-COM driver class chart, in view of the IVI-MSS Server request, has custom-made RCM. According to the test function analysis definite connection, the seal corresponding function, realizes the oscilloscope driver exchange.
