摘要
该系统针对滴注式气体渗碳的工艺特点,研制了两级分布式微机控制系统,以MCS51单片机为核心的炉前智能仪完成井式炉的温度、气氛控制,由486监控主机实现工艺优化、气氛数学模拟仿真及数据存储、打印,已获理想的综合控制效果.
Two level distributed microcomputer control system was developed for drop atmosphere carburizing furnace.This system is composed of MCS51 single chip computer based intelligent controller,which controlls the temperature and atmosphere of pit furnace,and supervisor 486 which can optimize the technical parameters,simulate math model of atmosphere,store technical data and print control results.Thus this system has a very good controll effect.
