摘要
通过建立一种典型结构的连续杆战斗部三维有限元模型,利用有限元程序LS-DYNA,模拟连续杆战斗部对等效目标的侵彻过程。通过对比分析:连续杆在最大开口直径内,杆条破坏能力最强;当杆环扩张超过最大开口直径后,杆环断裂成杆条状破片,杆条的毁伤能力急剧下降;合理地增大杆条的横截面积和延展性,能显著增强杆条的侵彻能力,为此类战斗部设计提供有益参考。
Set up the structure of a typical continuous rod warhead of three-dimensional finite element model, using finite element program LS-DYNA, to simulate the continuous rod warhead of equivalent goal of penetration process. Through comparative analysis: continuous openings in the largest diameter rod, the rod be the most damage; when the rod ring expansion exceeds the maximum opening diameter, the pole ring fracture fragments into a strip bar, rod damage ability to be a sharp decline; reasonably by article large cross-sectional area and bar scalability, it can significantly enhance the penetration ability to be shot. It is a reference for such warhead design.
