摘要
介绍了鄂东长江公路大桥南塔承台大体积混凝土夏季施工过程中裂缝控制措施,即在仿真计算的基础上,优化配合比,控制水泥出库温度,加冰拌和混凝土,及早通冷却水和现场温度监控等。从施工现场情况来,承台混凝土未出现温度裂缝。
On the basis of the simulation and calculation of thermal stresses, systematical temperature control measures were adopted to avoid thermal cracking during the construction of pile cap in south main tower of E-dong Yangtze River bridge, such as the optimization of mix proportion, the control of initial cement temperature, the concrete mixing with ice pieces, the early circulation of cooling water and the temperature monitoring in site. The results showed that the thermal cracking in practice may be efficiently prevented.
