摘要 研制一种主要以磷石膏粉煤灰和石灰组成的无机结合料,并对其材料组成进行了优化研究。其最佳配比为:粉煤灰:磷石膏=1:1;石灰类稳定剂掺量约为6%~8%,其强度高于石灰粉煤灰结合料。结合料压实度为93%~96%,可作低等级路面基层材料和路面底基层材料,当压实度在93%时,可作路基的填筑材料和底基层使用。也可用其稳定砂砾、碎石作高等级路面基层和底基层材料。用SEM对其微结构进行了观察,阐述了其强度形成机理。脱硫石膏也可以代替磷石膏作为一种强度激发剂用于制备这种结合料。 A new type inorganic binder chiefly composited with phosphogypsum - fly ash - lime was prepared in this paper. Its mix optimum proportion was investigated. It was suggested that the ratio of phosphogypsum and fly ash about 1 : 1 and the content of stabilizer made of lime about 68% was the optimum mix proportion of this binder, it has much higher strength than the lime fly ash binder. This binder could be used as road base course material of the low volume highway and subbase of highway when it's compacting ratio is 93 % - 96 % . It could be used as subgrade material and subbase of hiwany when it's compacting ratio is around 93 %. Crushed stone or gravel can be stabilized with it and be used as road base course or subbase course material of high grade highway too. Its microstructure was observed with SEM and the strength forming mechanism was discussed. The flue gas desulfurization gypsum can also be used to prepare this type of binder.
