可持续发展已成为新世纪经济发展的主要内容,可持续建筑也成为新世纪发展的重点,建筑业应注重对环境、资源的保护,这将是建筑业发展的方向。目前,我国建设规模巨大,对能源和资源供给将有很大需求。建筑业应执行节能建筑标准、加大建筑节能力度,因地制宜地利用可再生能源,使建筑业走上可持续发展之路。论文结合海南省实际,分析建筑业可持续发展的必要性,并提出确保海南省建筑业可持续发展的具体措施。

Sustainable development has become the main elements of economic development, also become the focus of the new century. The construction industry should focus on the environment and resources protection, it will be the development direction of the construction industry. At present, the construction scale in our country is huge, it will be have a large requirement of energy and resources. The construction industry should implement energysaving construction standards, in- crease building energy-saving efforts, use the renewable energy sources according to local conditions,so that construction industry can achieve sustainable development. This paper analyses the necessity of construction industry＇s sustainable development according to Hainan province＇s practical situation, also it proposes the specific measures to ensure the sustainable development of Hainan province.
