1999年,中国和埃及正式建立了面向21世纪的战略合作关系。十年来,中埃战略合作关系在双方领导人的推动下不断深化,两国在多领域的合作取得了全面突破和飞速发展。从中埃战略合作关系的历程和成就可以看出,双方政治交流与经贸往来相互促进是中埃战略合作关系的重要特点,两国的民间交往更加频繁,成为双方合作的重要组成部分,中埃战略合作呈现出多层面、全方位、立体式的现代文明交往图景。只要我们用发展的眼光积极、妥善处理发展过程中出现的矛盾和问题,就一定能够开创两国关系更加美好的未来。

China and Egypt formally established their strategic cooperative relationship facing the 21st century in 1999. During ten years,the strategic relations between the two countries have been deepening under the promotions of the leaders of both sides,and cooperation in diversified areas have been breaking the records and fast developing. The course and fruits of China-Egypt strategic cooperative relationship show that the important feature of such a relation is the mutual facilitation of political and trade exchanges. Meanwhile,civil exchanges between the two countries are more and more frequent and have become an important part of the bilateral cooperation. China-Egypt strategic cooperation is presenting a picture of multi-level,all-around and tri-dimensional exchanges of modern civilization. As long as we deal with the issues and contradictions in the development of the relations with the vision of development,a better future of the bilateral relations could be created.
