埃塞俄比亚中小学教师教育研究

摘要 20世纪末以来,埃塞俄比亚中小学教育快速发展所带来的师资不足现象日益严重。为实现教育发展目标,政府从政策体制、新课程实施、建立培养培训机构、教师资格准入等方面进行改革,加快中小学师资队伍建设步伐,并取得显著成效。从未来发展前景来看,埃塞俄比亚师资队伍的建设,以及合适教师人数的培养是一个动态的长期过程,需要继续付出艰辛的努力。
