摘要
目的了解不同年级本科护生(未实习过的本科三年级护生;实习已满10个月的本科四年级护生)从事艾滋病护理的意愿,分析影响护生选择艾滋病护理工作的因素。方法采用便利抽样选择168名护生,按照他们所处年级不同分为本科三年级组和本科四年级组,应用自行设计的问卷对其进行调查。结果护生对AIDS认知不够全面,在护理意愿方面,本科三年级和本科四年级的护生得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。害怕被艾滋病患者所传染和同情艾滋病患者,希望给予他们更多的关爱成为影响护生从事艾滋病护理工作的两大因素。结论护生从事艾滋病护理工作的意愿相对较高,但在AIDS认知及影响因素方面尚有待于通过进一步加强学校和临床教学来完善。
Objective To learn the willingness for AIDS nursing of the undergraduate nursing students at different grades (junior:no training; senior:have training over 10 months) and analyze the influencing factors. Methods Using convenience sampling, 168 nursing students were surveyed with a questionnaire and divided into the junior group and senior group according to their different grades. Results The cognition for AIDS nursing in the nursing students was not comprehensive enough. No significance was observed in their scores on the willingness for AIDS nursing of both junior and senior students(P〉0. 05). The two major influencing factors of AIDS nursing willingness were fears of being infected by AIDS and sympathy for the AIDS patients and will- ingness to present caring to them. Conclusion Though the willingness for AIDS nursing is rela- tively high, the AIDS cognition and understanding of influencing factors should be improved through strengthening the school and clinical training.
