Study on Logistics Enterprise Production Early-Warning

从物流企业的运输、仓储等生产环节着手,构建物流企业生产预警指标体系,在此基础上运用主成份分析法对指标体系进行筛选。通过对物流企业实际调查与数据收集,采用适宜的预测法进行指标预测拟合,判断警情,实现物流企业生产指标的预警。

This paper is to build an early-warning indicator system for production logistics from the logistics enterprise of the transport, storage and other production processes perspective. On this basis, we use of principal component analysis of the indicator system for screening. The logistics enterprises use the appropriate prediction method of predicting to fit the judg- ment of the emergency through the actual survey and data collection. As the result, the logistics companies achieve the produc- tion targets of the early-warning.
