摘要
为了提高港口企业的核心竞争力,文中使用软件工程方法结合标准的J2EE开发平台,在所开发的CRM系统基础上提出了港口企业客户价值的评价方法,通过客户的分级实现客户-企业的双赢。
In order to improve the port enterprisers core competitiveness, this article uses software engineering methods to develop CRM system combining with the standard J2EE platform. Based on the CRM system, the port customer value eval- uation method is put forward in the paper, and the customer is classified according the method so that the win-win of customer and enterprise is realized.
