摘要
近年来,连锁零售企业在我国市场经济中发展十分迅速,已经成为当今经济的支柱产业。连锁零售业的发展与物流配送相辅相成,选用何种配送模式对连锁零售企业来说是一个重要的问题。文中在分析我国连锁零售企业发展中存在主要问题及成因的基础上,提出了不同规模的连锁零售企业应该采取与各自发展相匹配的物流模式,这样才能降低企业运营成本,提高竞争能力。
In recent years, the chain retail enterprises are developing rapidly in economy market. The development of chain retail enterprises links to logistics distribution closely. What kind of distribution model selected is an important issue to chain retail enterprises.ln this paper, basing on the analysis of the main problems and their causes of China＇s chain retail en- terprises in the Development,proposes that different sizes of chain retail enterprises should match with different logistics pat- tern, so as to reduce business operating costs and enhance competitiveness.
