2008年以美国次级贷款危机引发的金融危机迅速向全球蔓延，给全球实体经济带来较大负面冲击。本文通过分析国际金融危机对我国仪器仪表行业造成的不利影响以及我国政府为应对金融危机所采取的重大措施带来的发展机遇，结合国内自动化仪器仪表行业实际情况，研究探索如何克服宏观经济环境不利因素的影响。本文从提高认识增强信心、强化企业内部管理提高竞争力、及时调整营销策略主动适应市场、加大科技开发提升自主创新能力和加强对外开放交流合作等方面，阐述了实现自动化仪器仪表产业持续发展的对策和措施。

In 2008, the financial crisis which was triggered from the U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis spreads rapidly to the whole world and brought a heavy negative impact on the real economy. By analyzing the adverse effects on the domestic instrument industry caused by the international financial crisis and the development opportunities brought along with the significant measures against the crisis by the China government, with the consideration of reality in domestic automation instrument industry, the article researches and explores how to counteract the unfavorable impact in the present maeroeconomic environment. This article expounds the strategies and measures for the sustainable development in automation instrumentation industry from the aspects of boosting confidence, strengthening the internal management of enterprises and sharpening competitive edges, adjusting sales strategies and adapting to the market, increasing scientific and technological development, reinforcing the capabilities of independent innovation, strengthening the external opening communication and cooperation..
