摘要 该文就采用Gleeble-1500热/力学模拟实验机对研究钢进行的压缩试验,探讨了形变速率和形变温度对其热变形奥氏体晶粒特征的影响。结果表明,适当降低形变温度或提高形变速率可以细化晶粒。其研究结果对了解高温变形条件下中碳铬镍钼钒钢的高温组织变化规律,制定合理的热加工工艺,有效地控制产品的组织性能,提高产品质量,提供了实践依据。 In this paper, the Gleeble 1500 heat/mechanics moulding experimental setup is used to make hot compressive test on the steel so as to study the influence of rate and temperature of deformation on the grain character of medium carbon CrNiMoV steel's hot deformed Austenite. The results show that lower temperatures or higher rates of deformations can lead to finer grain. These results are very useful to understand the rule of high temperature structure of the medium carbon CrNiMoV steel varied with conditions. Our results can also provide practical instructions to the design of reseaonable process, the efficient control of the product's structural properties and improvement of product's quality.
