摘要
以间氨基苯酚为原料,用硫酸酯进行N-烷基化、亚硝酸钠亚硝化,水合肼在氮气流下还原得到2-氨基-5-二烷氨基酚,在乙醇介质中将该中间体进一步与α-酮酸乙酯进行成环反应,合成出了4种3-取代-7-二烷氨基-1,4-氧氮杂萘-2-酮,该类化合物是用途广泛的新型荧光染料中间体,以此为原料制得的新型氧氮杂萘酮染料的吸收和发射谱带位置可以利用取代基和溶剂效应在很宽的范围内移动,讨论了这些化合物具有荧光性的原因。
substituted 7 dialkylamino 1, 4 benzoxazin 2 Ketones have been synthesized from the raw material m aminophenol by N alkylation with R 2SO 4, nitrosation with Na NO 2,reduction with NH 2NH 2·H 2O under N 2 flow and further cyclization with α keto esters in ethnol. These compounds are very useful in synthesis of new type fluorescence dyes, the absorption and emission bands of benzoxazinone dyes prepared from these compounds could be changed in a wide range with substituted group and solvent effect, and the properties of these compounds have also been discussed.
