讨论了铸造方法选择的原理及其知识表达特点,建立了相应的结构完整的产生式专家系统。
Chinese engineers usually select casting method by experience; unsatisfactory and even lowquality castings are thus often produced. We propose an expert system for selecting casting method correctly. As is often done, our expert system consists of five parts: (1) knowledge base, (2) database, (3) compiler, (4) reasoning engine, (5)explainer. Our knowledge base comes from a chain defining priorities of various quantities, which in turn come from the information tree (Fig.1) for castings. Threshold values, limiting the use of various casting methods, are taken from two sources: (1) specifications enforced in P.R.C. aeronautical industry, (2) experience of casting experts. These threshold values are stored in our database. We selected casting methods with our expert system and found them to be in good agreement with the casting methods actually used in producing several highquality castings.
