摘要
通过对涡轮盘测量基准、测量工具和测量坐标系进行选择和优化,采用三坐标测量机对涡轮叶片及外廓尺寸进行扫描测量,获得了真实反应产品型面的点云数据。经数据处理,得到叶片轮廓度测量结果,解决了空间型面产品的测量问题。
In this paper, through optimizing measuring beachmarks, measuring tools and measurement coordinate system of turbine disk, and completing the scanning measurment for impeler blade and its outer profile by adopting tri-ordinate measuring machine, the point cloud data which react product surface are obtained. Data processing provides the measuring results of the profile tolerance and it solves the measurment problems of the space-based surface products.
