激励理论视角下欠发达地区教师职业倦怠的缓解策略研究——以广东汕尾市中小学教师为例

摘要 职业倦怠会降低教师的工作热情,危害教师的身心健康,进而影响整个教育事业的健康发展。本文从改善影响教师职业倦怠的根源入手,提出借鉴马斯洛(Maslon)、赫茨伯格(Herzberg)、亚当斯(Adams)、斯金纳(Skinner)等人的激励理论,对缓解欠发达地区中小学教师职业倦怠现象提出了以下管理对策:尊师重教,落到实处;提高成就感,激发上进心;公平竞争,创新机制;柔性管理,人文关怀;进修提高,自我发展;自我激励,心理平衡。 Vocational burnout will depress teachers' working passion, hurt teachers' body and mind and affect their healthy development of education career. The paper starts with the improvement of the social and organizational factors which are likely to cause the teachers' vocational burnout in middle schools and primary schools and suggests the following management strategies to relieve teachers' vocational burnout in the less developed districts referring to Maslon, Herzberg, Adams Skinner's Contract Theory: make sure teachers are respected and that importance is attached to education ; heighten teachers' feeling of achievement and make them ambitious; make sure competitions are fair and innovate the mechanism; flexible management and humanistic care should be encouraged; teachers should improve themselves by further education; teachers should inspirit themselves and keep an inside balance.
