摘要 采用数学推导的方法对基于结构光的焊缝检测系统设计中的几个关键参数进行了研究,得出了焊缝截面坐标与成象平面坐标之间的转换公式,并对结构设计中光源与摄象机之间的角度关系提出了优化结果.这对该系统的设计具有重要的指导意义. Some parameterx in the design of seam detecting system are analysized by using mathematics,the transforming matrix between the coordination of the seam and the coordination of the image plane are derived.And the angle between laser lamp and camera has been optimized.
