通过对传统方法搜集地方文献的所遇到困难的论述,提出了在数字环境下图书馆如何开展地方文献搜集和开展特色服务的一系列策略与方法。

This paper first elaborates the difficulties encountered in the collection of local literature with traditional method and then proposes some strategies and ways in internet environment for libraries to collect local literature and carries out characteristic services.
