奥氏体合金铸铁增碳的试验研究

摘要 采用工业试验的方式对奥氏体合金铸铁增碳效果进行了研究,确定了中频感应炉熔化,炉底加入增碳剂G50,G60,控制铁水温度在1380~1400℃,增碳时间为15min,获得了增碳的较佳效果. The effect of carbon pick up was studied by means of the industrial experiment. Under the optimal operation condition,the iron was melt in a intermediate frequency furnace,and carbon pick up (G 50,G 60) was added to the bottom of the furnace. The temperature of molten iron was 1350~1400℃ and the carbon pick up time was 15 minutes. The carbon pick up result obtained was much better than other experiments.
