摘要
以机理分析与现场实验为基础,开发了一种步进梁式加热炉钢坯温度预报的动态数学模型.该模型具有结构简单、计算量小等优点,且仿真结果表明它能满足精度需要,能够实现对加热炉内钢坯温度分布的在线预报.
A dynamic mathematical model of billet temperatures prediction on line for walking beam furnace is developed based on the mechanismic analysis and the field test. The advantages of this model are that it has a simple structure and few computations. Simulation results show that the model can meet the control requirements and can on line predict the billet temperature distribution.
