摘要
从污水处理厂的活性污泥中筛选出微生物絮凝剂HF-8,并对菌株的培养基组成和培养条件进行了优化;培养基最佳配方(g/500 mL):蔗糖10 g、(NH4)2SO40.2 g、KH2PO42 g、K2HPO42.5 g、NaCl0.05 g、Mg(SO4).7H2O0.1 g、水500 mL;最佳培养条件:温度30℃、初始pH值6.0、摇床转速120 r/min,优化之后的絮凝剂对高龄土悬浊液的絮凝率提高到了90.3%。
Microbial flocculant-producing bacteria ( HF-8 ) were screened from active sludge of wastewater treatment plant. To this stmin, s culture medium composition and the culture conditions were optimized. The culture medium best formula is (g/500ml) : cane : 10g, ammonium sulfate : 0.2g, monopotassium phosphate : 2g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate:2.5g, sodium chloride :0.05g, heptahydrate magnesium sulfate:0.1 g, water:500ml. The best culture condition is:the culture temperature :30. C,the initial pH :6,rotate speed of shack bed: 120r/min.
