摘要
教师对学生有不同的认识,就有着不同的期盼,这种期盼将对学生将产生不同的影响,在心理学上这就是"罗森塔尔效应";这种效应突出体现在体育教师的"教"和学生的"学"之中,同时体现了体育教学的人文性理念,给体育教学带来了很多有益的启示。
A teacher has different recognition on students and so has different expectation to the students, and it will have different influence on thd students, in sports practice, different expectation effects produce, and in psychology, this effect is called Rosenhal Effect. This effect is embodied in the teaching of spports teachers and the learning of students. The effect embodies humanity idea of sports teaching and will bring a lot of beneficial enlightenment on sports teaching.
