多年来,俄罗斯和乌克兰两国在天然气价格和天然气过境问题上的争执愈演愈烈,两国之间的天然气纠纷几乎成了"橙色革命"之后的定时节目。2009年初的一场"天然气大战"再次给俄乌关系蒙上阴影,但在欧盟多次协调下两国最终以达成协议方式而结束了争斗。一场貌似因天然气价格及过境费率而起的能源争端,背后却隐含着政治意图、外交角力和地缘政治格局的演变。俄乌"斗气"虽然过去了一段时间,但它给国际能源秩序和能源安全带来的挑战,以及由此给世人带来思索却仍在继续。

Russia and Ukraine have been disputing more intensify in gas prices and gas transit issues for many years. The natural gas dispute between the two countries has become regular program after the ＂Orange Revolution＂. At the beginning of this New Year, a＂gas war＂once again cast a shadow on relations between Russia and Ukraine. But an agreement ultimately has been reached between the two countries through many times coordination by the European Union, that means the end of the struggle. Seemingly because of natural gas prices and transit rates the energy dispute has been provoked, however political intentions, diplomatic tussle and evolution of the geopolitical pattern has been l^idden in it. Although ＂fight for gas＂ between Russia and Ukraine has passed a period of time. It took challenges to the international energy order and energy security, as well as continuously brought thinking to the people of the world.
