影响社会软环境的最主要因素是经济环境,经济环境又具有许多不确定性.在结合具体历史数据实例的基础上,应用粗糙集理论给出了对影响投资环境的经济环境的重要性程度(即投资环境对经济环境的依赖度)的一种刻画方法.算例分析表明,应用粗糙集理论解决在数据不确定性影响下,对影响投资环境的经济环境的重要性程度进行量化分析.将粗糙集理论应用于投资环境分析,为相关研究提供一种可借鉴的新思路.

The key factor of influencing soft social environment is economic environment, and the economic environment is of much indefiniteness. This paper applies the theory of rough sets to the investment circumstance, and sets a good example as a new way for the relative research. With the help of the positive domain theory of rough sets , this article makes a quantitative analysis of the influence of the importance on the investment circum- stance and other elements.
