信号转导与转录激活因子5b在肿瘤研究中的新进展

摘要 信号转导与转录激活因子5b(signal transducer and activator of transcription 5b,STAT5b)主要参与介导细胞因子和生长因子对细胞信号转导作用。磷酸化的STAT5在细胞的增殖、分化、周期调控及凋亡过程中起重要作用,其过度活化导致细胞的异常增殖和凋亡障碍,促进肿瘤的发生、发展。新的研究发现,STAT5b作为STATS的一个亚型很有可能作为一种转录激活因子在肿瘤形成和信号转导调节中起重要的作用。 Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5b (STAT5b) mainly participates in mediating cell signal transduction of cytokine and growth factor. The phosphorylated STAT5 plays an important role in the process of cell proliferation, differentiation, cycle regulation and apoptosis. Excessive activation of phosphorylated STATS leads to abnormal proliferation and apoptosis disorder, and promotes tumor growth. New researches show that STAT5b is a subset of STATS, and probably plays an important role in the process of oncogenesis and signal transduction regulation as an activating transcription factor.
