摘要
采用过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAM)为交联剂,水溶液聚合制备丙烯酰胺水凝胶PAMG.产物经干燥、脱水、粉碎后是一种优良的吸水剂.本文研究了交联剂用量,聚合物链上不同官能团及溶液pH值对吸水性能的影响.
The high Water Absorbent resin of cross linked polyarcylamide,which used patassium persulfate as initiator,N,N' methylenebisacrylamide as cross linking agent ,was systhesized by solution polymerization.The relationships between the water absorbtion capacity of the resin and the various functional groups in polymeric chain were studied.The influences of the amout of the amout of the cross linking agent and the pH value of solution were also analysed from the experiment,respectively.
