摘要
目的了解2007～2008年北京市石景山区学校水痘爆发疫情,为制定学校/托幼机构防控措施提供科学依据。方法应用描述流行病学方法分析石景山区2007～2008年学校水痘疫情情况。结果2007～2008年石景山区有11所学校发生水痘爆发疫情,给学生身心健康造成危害的同时,也影响了学校正常的教学计划。结论卫生防疫部门、教育部门应密切配合,加强学校传染病管理,控制传染病的发生和流行。
Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of chickenpox outbreaks at schools in Shijingshan District of Beijing to provide scientific evidence for formulating strategies to its prevent and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to describe and analyze outbreaks of chickenpox at schools in Shijingshan during 2007 to 2008. Results Eleven outbreaks of ehiekenpox occurred at schools from 2007 to 2008 in Shijingshan, which affected both physical and psychological health of the students. Conclusion It is very important that center for disease control and prevention （CDC） and educational sector to keep close attention to strengthening management of communicable diseases in order to prevent their outbreaks at schools.
