摘要
为建立性能与公差之间的映射关系,提出了一种公差与性能自适应匹配建模与分析方法。通过实验获取了公差与性能的统计数据,在此基础上采用最小二乘法拟合求解公差与性能之间的数学模型。通过参数化方法建立了公差与性能自适应匹配的数学模型,并对装配尺寸链公差与性能匹配进行了分析。以某型飞机组件为实例,验证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。
To establish mapping relationship between tolerance and performance, a modeling and analyzing approach for self-adaptively matching tolerance and performance was proposed. Statistics between tolerance and performance were obtained by experiments. Based on this, mathematical model between tolerance and performance was solved by least square method. By using parametric approach, self-adaptively matching mathematical model between tolerance and performance was set up. Tolerance and performance matching of assembly dimension chain was also analyzed. Finally, aircraft component was taken as example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
